Step One
Complete the intake form below to schedule an appointment with an account manager.
Step Two
At your appointment we will walk you through the process and answer any questions you many have.
Step Three
Complete intake forms and join the WFRPSN family.
What happens then?
Once WFRPSN is contracted for Payee Services, Social Security will then send the client's funds directly to us. From there WFRPSN assumes responsibility for the proper distribution of those funds in the best interests of our clients.
All basic monthly needs will be covered in a timely manner, such as housing, groceries, utilities, and any other primary needs of the client. Left over funds may be used for recreation, entertainment, savings etc.
